Arctic UAV Adopts Kongsberg Geospatial IRIS Airspace Awareness Application to Provide BVLOS Situational Awareness for Long-Range Arctic Drone Flights

Ottawa, CA: Kongsberg Geospatial, an Ottawa-based geospatial visualisation software company, and Arctic UAV, the leading services provider of UAS in the Canadian Arctic, announced today that the Kongsberg Geospatial IRIS UxS situational awareness application has been adopted by Arctic UAV to enhance their BVLOS operations.

The IRIS UxS system will provide situational awareness safety for Arctic UAV’s Beyond Visual Line-of-Sight (BVLOS) flight operations within Canada’s Arctic
