We are looking for a full-time Geospatial Software Sales Representative for our Geospatial Software Solutions Business focusing on the North American Defense market. In this role, you will be responsible to lead new business development activities by identifying, establishing and building relationships with prospective customers. This is a US-based role and we will only consider United States Citizens for this role.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated performance in establishing relationships and closing software sales in the US Defense Industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for the entire business development life cycle from identification/creation of leads, through qualification, to presentation of solution and demonstrations, preparation of proposals and quotations, to proposal acceptance. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability at identifying potential opportunities, prospecting and creating own leads, ability to establish relationships and experience at closing software sales in the US Defense Industry. Furthermore, this candidate will bring with them experience and an understanding of software development in the Defense industry. Ultimately this candidate will be rewarded for developing a pipeline of opportunity and meeting bookings targets.
Defense Industry Experience: Experience in C4ISR systems, primarily focused on Map engines, Geospatial visualization of map data in Situational Awareness Systems, Command and Control systems, Air Battle Management systems, and/or Airspace awareness systems.
